Well, the diet is dead. Shocking news, I know, considering how much I seemed to be enjoying it in my previous posts. I don't think it was a very healthy diet, anyway. I was losing like a pound a day so that was great. I was also losing any ability to concentrate, all my muscles started hurting and my teeth felt like they were going numb. That seemed bad. So I went to Marie Callendars and had some soup and cornbread and a turkey dinner.
I'm going to try to keep up with the no sweets part of the diet, though. I think that's where most of my calories came from anyway. I eat a lot of sugar. I ate a lot of sugar. Not like in a "This one piece of chocolate is very satisfying" way but in an "I'm just going to eat a few m&ms...that was good...I'll eat a few more...crap! I've eaten the whole bag again" way. I think if I cut out sweets and started exercising every day I'd end up losing the weight I want without starving myself.
Or, you know, I'll just be fat. Whatever. There are worse things to be.
