I'm on vacation this week so I went to see Jersey Boys at the Palazzo tonight. It was incredible. It has replaced Stomp Out Loud as my favorite show on the Strip. Stomp Out Loud had replaced Blue Man Group which had replaced Mamma Mia but then I saw Blue Man Group again after I saw Stomp Out Loud and I really loved Blue Man Group so I was questioning my decision to give Stomp the edge but Jersey Boys clearly wins. It was the most expensive show I'll probably ever pay for but I didn't feel cheated at all. All the guys in it are super cute, too. Shallow observation maybe but important to my overall enjoyment factor.
I'm going to see "O" on Wednesday night. Another show I've never seen before because it's super expensive. I don't know what got into me this morning. I just broke out the AmEx, got on the internet and went to town with the ticket buying.
Yesterday I went to Hoover Dam and Boulder City. They have this old train in Boulder City that you can ride for $8. It was fun. They have really happy volunteers dressed in period train garb answering questions and stuff. Then I ate lunch in the oldest building in Boulder City. Built in 1931. I do love an old building.
Tomorrow is going to be a super long day. It better have a happy ending. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do if it doesn't
